If so, we can provide training to your personnel to bring content management and distribution in-house. This training is available via day-long on-site visits by our Help Desk Personnel. Help Desk - Our trainers are on call for clients who participated in the training offered above. Once we leave your site after training we are still available to smooth out the bumps and get your message out as quickly as possible. For most, our systems are a breeze and the training is all you need. Maybe it’s construction delays that prevent getting the system live in a timely manner. Our help desk is like a mini training available in one-hour blocks. If the Internet is available at your site we can even remotely log in to help.
